We had a birthday dinner for my Mom's 49th Birthday Saturday night at our house. I made Italian beef, cheesy potatoes, seven layer salad and a cake. The whole family came and we had lots of fun eating, hanging out and playing Wii that my sister brought (now I want one..ha!). Mom got some nice gifts and it was so wonderful to have everyone up.
