Friday, I picked up my nephew from daycare to spend the afternoon together. It was a wonderful day. I truly love spending time with him. He is so intuitive, smart and adorable! We had lunch at DQ per his request, went to Walmart to get a "small" toy and then headed out to our grandparents house. They weren't home when we got there, but it was so beautiful out that we played in the yard and in Grandpa's jeep for an hour. I felt like a kid again. When they pulled in we hide behind a tree and scared them and Ty thought that was the most awesome thing. After leaving there we headed to play at the park. We went to dinner with Mammy and Bubba and then finished the night at our cousin Josee's 13th Birthday party. What a day....it was awesome and well spent!
Saturday I got up and baked a cake for Josee's girl friend party she was having that night. She wanted a zebra print cake with pink on it. She loved it!!!
I got to take a nice long nap Saturday afternoon and then we went to dinner and did some shopping.
Sunday we had lunch with a friend and I got a pedicure....my favorite!!!
It was a beautiful weekend! I think Spring is right around the corner and I am so excited for it.
